| Chapter 45: Storm Sophia was working on her laptop when the thunder made her jump. Snowflake came running in and hid under her chair. “It’s ok, Snowie… It’s just the thunder.” Sophia picked up the trembling animal. She looked out of the window and saw the rain coming down heavily. Darkness set in and she bit her lip. “I hope you’re not on your way home, Tom.” After dinner she tried to call Tom, using the house phone. Her mobile didn’t work because of the storm. But once again it went straight to voicemail. “Hi baby. I hope everything is fine. It’s storming really badly here, so I hope you’re not on your way home. Poor Snowflake is terrified. Well ehm… Call me if you can. Love you!” Seb watched the rain from his hotel room. He thought about Sophia. What would she be doing now? He sighed and turned on the TV. Nothing there either. But suddenly CNN caught his attention. “A small plane crashed before reaching the coast of the Caymen Islands. The rescue teams are out there, but due to the storm they haven’t gone far. From the looks of the situation, survivors are doubtful. We are trying to find out who the private plane belonged to at the moment and will be back soon with that information.”Sophia paced the living room. It was past midnight and Tom hadn’t called her yet. And when she called him, she got his voicemail. She hoped he was in a meeting and therefore unable to answer her calls. If he was on a plane, damn it she’d kill him for making her worry. “Where are you, Tom?” She looked outside and saw the lights of boats and helicopters over the sea. That was strange. Something must have happened. When she turned on the TV, her breath caught and her knees almost gave in. “The small business plane was on his way from New York to the Caymen Islands when it was struck by lightning. It crashed into the sea. As far as we know, no survivors have been found.”“No…. Tom….” Sophia grabbed her coat and ran outside. The rain hit her in the face, but she didn’t feel it. She ran all the way to the harbour where she was stopped by the police. “I’m sorry, Miss, you can’t…” “The plane… I think my husband was in there…” she screamed almost hysterically. The suspense and anguish were eating at her. She had to know. She had to know that it wasn’t Tom. What was she going to do if it was Tom on that plane?! “It was a small business jet. Coming from New York.” The officer said. Sophia nodded. “Yes. If it is his plane, his jet, its tag is A-1281 registered to a Highland Enterprises. I own half the company.” “I’ll ask.” The officer nodded. “Sophia?” the man’s voice made her tremble. She turned around and saw him standing in the rain. The wind whipping debris around and when a flash of lightening streaked across the sky, it illuminated who she was staring at. “Seb! I think its Tom’s plane.” She whispered, trembling from the cold wind and from the coldness in her heart. He ran to her and put his arm around her shoulder. “Oh mon Dieu… I saw it on the news and… I felt I had to be here.” Sophia said nothing in response only stared at the flashing red and blue lights on the water as the Coast Guard tried to make its way to the wreckage. She hoped it wasn’t Tom, she didn’t know if she could handle losing another person she loved so much. When the officer came back, she knew. It was in the way he was walking. “I’m sorry. It was his plane. Mrs. Brady is there anything we can do for you? Officer Caldwell will escort you back to your house and stay with you. That way if your husband has survived he can tell you immediately.” Sophia nodded and accepted the blanket that Officer Caldwell handed to her as the three of them walked back to her house. They hadn’t gone two meters when they heard shouting and the boats returning to the harbour. Sophia shoved past Caldwell and Seb, and ran back to the harbour where the first officer grabbed her by the waist. “Ma’am. Mrs. Brady, you don’t want to see that.” He said gently and Sophia continued to struggle, yelling at him to let her go. She finally slipped through his grasp and ran to where the boat was docking. The men said nothing, but their faces... It was written on their faces, and the three black bags that were loaded on the boat. Sophia crumpled on the dock, her knees unable to hold her up any longer. “Tom! Oh God, not you Tom. You can’t die on me!” She yelled over and over, the sobs so great they were making her shake. The men on the boat jumped off and tried to pull her back but she wouldn’t let them near her, fighting them as the medics came with the gurneys to take the bodies away. “I have to see. I have to see if it’s Tom. There might have been some mistake. Maybe it wasn’t Tom.” She cried and unzipped the first bag before they could stop her. There was no mistaking who it was, the water not having had any time to do more than wet his skin. Her eyes blurred with tears and she brushed the stray lock of hair that had fallen over his cold forehead. His eyes were closed and he looked so peaceful, as if he’d fallen asleep. Maybe he’d been asleep when the plane had been struck and he never knew what had happened. Seb appeared by her side, and gently removed her from the gurney. It broke his heart to see her so distraught over Tom. He didn’t know how he felt about these new emotions he just wanted to protect Sophie from the pain she was experiencing know. When she fainted in his arms he just took her to the medic who helped him take her home. She needed to be home for now. _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 46: Consoling Seb searched Sophia’s coat for her keys and opened the front door. A little white dog barked angrily at him and growled. She jumped up to reach her boss who was in the strangers’ arms. “Shh… Little one… I’m not going to harm you.” Seb gently pushed her aside with his foot and carried Sophia to the living room. He lay her on the couch and let the paramedic examine her. “She’ll be fine. It’s the shock. Can you stay with her?” Seb nodded. “Of course!” A few minutes later Sophia opened her eyes. “Tom… Tell me it’s a dream.” “I’m sorry, Chérie.” Seb stroked her cheek. She tried to sit up. “No…” Snowflake squealed and Sophia reached for her. “Oh Snowie… Why?” She held the little dog close as she cried. “Is there anything I can do, Sophie?” Seb asked softly. She shook her head. “I have to start making the funeral arrangements.” “Why don’t you leave that to someone else?” “There is no one else. Tom’s mum is too old to do it and… we only had each other.” She whispered. The phone rang and startled she looked up. “I can’t…” “I’ll get it.” Seb stood up and squeezed her shoulder. “Brady residence. … I’m sorry, but Mrs Brady is not giving interviews at the moment. … Goodbye.” She sighed. “The press… I can’t do this, Seb…” “Don’t worry about it. I’ll turn them down.” He smiled. “I have to call Nohemi.” She absentmindedly stroked Snowflake. “My mobile…” Seb handed it to her. When she looked at it, she noticed she had a voicemail. She paled when she listened to it .“Hi sweet pea! The emergency is solved and I’m leaving in half an hour. I’m on my way to the airport right now with a surprise for my beautiful wife. I love you, sweetheart. See you soon!”“Tom…” the phone fell on the ground and Seb pulled her in his arms when she started to sob. He felt heartbroken. He loved her so much and seeing her in this stage was just terrible. He knew she was hurt and that she probably had loved her husband and that made it even more difficult for him. “Everything is going to be alright, Chérie.” Sophie stared out of the bedroom window. The storm was gone and the ocean had calmed down again. The first rays of sun made everything so peaceful. Seb hesitantly came in and watched her for a moment. She had changed in her nightgown and robe. And even though her mascara had run out, her nose was red and her eyes swollen, she was still the most beautiful woman to him. “Sophie? I eh… I’m going.” He came to her and gently hugged her. When he released her, she grabbed his wrist. “Don’t go.” Her voice was barely a whisper and she put his hand on her waist. “Please, don’t go.” Seb leaned down and inhaled her perfume. His cheek rested against hers for just a moment. After a while, Sophia moved away from him towards the bed. She slipped out of the robe and dropped it on the floor. Seb swallowed when he saw her short peach nightie. It was made of silk and barely reached the top of her thighs. The spaghetti straps and v-cut made it hard for him not to react. “Chérie…” He knew he shouldn’t do this. He couldn’t take advantage of her. She was an emotional wreck who just lost her husband. He knew he had to walk out, but he couldn’t. Sophia slowly slipped out of her nightie. Seb swallowed hard and reached for her. She put her hand on his chest and felt the beating of his heart. It was so strong, so fast… She stood on the tips of her toes and kissed his jaw. “Stay with me…” Seb quickly took of his clothes and Sophia pulled him on top of her on the bed. She desperately needed to feel him. She wanted to be close to someone. Their love making was fast and Sophia surrendered, not caring who it was. She just wanted to feel loved. Hours later Seb stumbled into the living room. Sophia was curled up on the sofa, dressed in a big thick navy blue robe. She inhaled Tom’s scent and her eyes filled with tears again. When Seb bent down to kiss her, she pulled away. He didn’t say a word, but just watched her. "Last night was a mistake Seb. I still can't believe I did that. I mean, Tom is..." she shook her head. "Tom's dead. You know we belong together. Come with me. Come with me to London Sophie." he begged, but she sat up and walked to the window. "Seb, I can't leave. I can't leave right now. I just disgraced my marriage with Tom last night and I have to live with that. You might not believe me, but I loved him. He was good to me, and he loved me in turn. I never had a need to want anything with him and he never lied to me, nor I to him. And the night he..." She choked on the word, not able to say it. "I cheat on him?" "You're right I don't believe you loved him. Not when you responded to me like you did, or when I know deep down you love me." Seb said. "You arrogant bastard!" Sophia slapped his face. "Get out of my house. Don't you dare begin to tell me how I feel! I lost my father and then last night I lost my husband! I'm not exactly emotionally stable right now and you have the audacity to tell me that I love you!" she fumed. Seb held his hand up to his check. "I overstepped. I'm sorry. I just know what I feel for you is real. Last night was the most beautiful night I've ever experienced. You were right there with me, Sophie. If you aren't ready to admit it, then I can wait. I've waited this long, I can wait longer for you to come to your sense." He picked up his jacket and left. Sophia sank to her knees and sobbed. She just lay there for hours, with Snowflake licking her face. _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 47: The will Lorna took a deep breath and squeezed David’s hand when they walked into the private dining room of the restaurant. The rest of her family was already seated and they looked up when the couple came in. “Lorna?” her mother said surprised. “Hi. I want to introduce you to my husband. This is David.” She still held his hand. “We don’t want to meet him.” Daniel said. “He’s not welcome here. And neither are you when you bring him along.” David sighed. “Look, I don’t want to cause troubles, but…” “You don’t? Why did you marry our sister then? To get back at us? To get your hands on our money?” Jamie asked angrily. “How dare you?” Lorna was trembling with anger. “Oh come on, Lorna. His father fired us because they couldn’t stand the fact that we had money all of a sudden.” Daniel stood up. David shook his head. “That’s not true and you know it.” Lorna looked at him. “Why did he do it?” “He didn’t fire them. They resigned themselves. They told my father that they didn’t need that job anymore now that they were rich.” David looked at the two men. “Isn’t that right?” Jamie shrugged. “So?” “I can’t believe this…” Lorna sighed. “Look, Lorna-Jane… You’ll have to choose. It’s him or your family.” Her father said solemnly. “Dad, please.” She looked at her mother. “Mum?” “I’m sorry. Your father is right.” Lorna took David’s hand. “Let’s go.” He followed her outside, not saying another word. They didn’t speak on their way to the hotel. But when they finally made it to their room, David took her in his arms. “Talk to me, Babe.” “There is nothing to say.” She shrugged. “I made my choice.” “Are you sure? I mean… I know we are married, but they are your family and…” She shut him up with a kiss. “You said it. We are married. Look David… If they can’t accept that… It’s their loss.” “I love you very much, Lorna. Never doubt that.” He kissed her tenderly and carried her to the bedroom after a while to prove her just how much he really loved her. Seb sat in the back row of the little church. There were so many people at the church already and the services weren’t set to begin for another hour. From his vantage point he watched Sophia who sat next to her best friend and Tom’s mother. He knew she wasn’t ready to have him by her side right now. Yet it still hurt to see her so sad over the death of her husband. He needed to be with her, beside her, giving her the love that she so desperately wanted. He recognized some of the people filing into the church, celebrities and business men and women, and there must have been friends of his and even Sophia and a few relatives, mainly people he didn’t recognize. Seb felt a hand on his shoulder and looked at the well known man. “Simon…” “Seb.” He sat down next to him. “What are you doing here?” “I… Sophia is an old friend.” He said softly. Simon looked intently at him, suspicion in his eyes. “Right. Well, their company is the major stockholder of Sony, so I needed to be here.” The two men sat through the service and afterwards they followed the small group to the docks at the Brady house. Sophia stood ankle deep in the water, her black dress fluttering in the wind. The remnants of the storm had left the water and sky the famous Caribbean blue and she careful opened the urn and shattered the ashes over the ocean before she broke down in her friends’ arms. Seb swallowed and wanted to go to her, but was stopped by Simon. “Don’t. Let her grieve, Seb. Give her time. I’m leaving tonight. I want you to come with me.” “Simon…” “I’m serious, Seb. Don’t push her. If you two are meant to be, it will happen. But I want you to leave her alone for now.” The older man squeezed his shoulder. “Trust me on this one.” “I guess you’re right.” He sighed. “I’ll better get my stuff then.” Snowflake sat on Sophia’s lap while she listened to Philippe, their lawyer. Nohemi held her hand. “Sophia… Before I tell you what Tom has left you, I have to give you something. They found something in his luggage which was meant for you.” Philippe handed her a blue Tiffany box. Sophia gasped and opened it. Inside was a beautiful heart shaped pendant, made of diamonds and set in platinum with matching earrings. “Oh Tom…” Nohemi hugged her tight. “He loved you, sweetie.” “I know.” She whispered. Her fingers traced the outline. He’d told her he’d had a surprise for her and knowing that he’d sent it to her even after death made her eye water all over again. “He left you his part of the company. So that means that you are now the only owner of High Land Enterprises. He also left you the houses in Paris, London, Sydney, Los Angeles, New York, Boston and Mexico City. And of course all of his money, the cars and jewellery.” The silence said it all. Sophia just sat there, stroking Snowflake. “Sophia?” Philippe asked worried. “Yeah… I…” she sighed. “This is great, but I wish… I wish I could have him back.” “He loved you very much, Sophia.” The lawyer nodded. “He changed his will the day after you married him. It might have been an arranged marriage, but he truly loved you.” “I know.” She stood up. “I loved him as well. This is all too much. I wish my Dad was here. I think I need some time alone. I’m sorry.” she managed to say with dignity before she raced out of the room. Nohemi and Philippe watched her leave and they both felt their heart break for her. “Nohemi… I know she still has feelings for Sebastien. And so did Tom. I hope she can get over this and move on with her life.” Philippe said. “She loved Tom. I know she did.” Nohemi looked at him. “And I hope he knew that.” He nodded. “He did. But he knew that what she felt for Seb was different. She’s gonna need your support. And maybe a little push in the right direction.” “Yeah, maybe even a shove, but I’ll see what I can do.” She smiled. “You’re a good friend, Philippe.” _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 48: Angels? Bridget smiled when she saw Simon coming in. “Goodmor…” He threw a newspaper on her desk. His face was red and when he spoke it wasn’t even in a controlled voice. “I want them in my office within the hour! All of them!!!” The glass door trembled when he slammed it behind him. Bridget sat at her desk in shock. The legendary temper was never this bad. She quickly read the article and immediately knew this was serious. “Oh my God…!” Angels or devils in disguise?
To the outside world they are the perfect men. Handsome with heavenly voices. But in their spare time, the men from Il Divo are less than perfect.
Just last Wednesday, Carlos Marin broke up with his long time fiancée, Sabrina Ellison. That wouldn't have caused much concern on it's own, but taken in with the fact that Miss Ellison had no idea that their relationship was in turmoil, caused this reporter to dig deeper.
What we found was Mr. Marin's vehicle parked in front of his wedding planners’ home and that morning he was shoved from her door in nothing but his silk red boxers.
Caught by surprise Mr Marin made a mad dash to his vehicle only to get caught in the shrubbery and revealed himself to the horrid of photographers who'd gathered at the edge of the street. When that failed him, he went back to the house and was let in by the owner, Ulva Engelbrekt. The wedding planner whom he'd previously dated.
This tangled weave was met with a stonewall from SonyBMG, Mr. Marin's label, and when we called Ms. Ulva for a comment, we got a dial tone in response. Which leaves us wondering if Mr. Marin ever broke up with Ms. Ulva in the first place.
The Spanish lover isn't the only one causing problems for SonyBMG. The Sun has learned that upon returning to his home country of the United States, Mr. David Miller was promptly arrested at the airport.
Speculation as to why he was arrested and then released has not been answered by the recording company, but once again The Sun was on the job. A source at the airport reveals that Mr. Miller's passport was flagged by the FBI themselves. Not much else is known, but Mr. Miller was not alone in his travels, Ms. Lorna-Jane Carter was accompanying him in returning to her home state of Colorado.
Sources close to Ms. Carter have revealed that Ms. Carter was being forced to travel with Mr. Miller and have even gone as far as to suggest that he was either a stalker or a kidnapper of the young woman.
Her family is from the same small town as Mr. Miller, and the bad blood between the families is legendary in the area. Some say he snapped and is trying to exact his revenge upon the Carter family.
You think that's devilish? Well The Sun has learned that Mr. Sebastien Izambard from France has been hiding a dirty little secret that is bound to cause a scandal for SonyBMG. Mr. Izambard was married to his childhood sweetheart in a small church wedding in London. During his honeymoon Mr. Izambard had a torrid affair with the now owner of Sony and High Land Enterprises, a then Ms. Sophia Garner. When Ms. Garner learned of his marriage she broke off the affair and returned to New York City where she promptly married Mr. Tom Brady, whom was the principal stock holder of Sony through his company High Ridge Enterprises.
Two days ago, during a horrific storm over the Atlantic Ocean, Mr. Brady's plane went down and Mr. Izambard was seen at the harbour soon after Mrs. Brady was called to the scene. The two were seen leaving together and when The Sun called Mrs. Brady's home early the following morning for a quote, Mr. Izambard was the one who answered.
Convenient that Mr. Izambard, a recent widower himself, was at the home of the newly widowed Mrs. Brady to fend off reporters. A little too convenient for the likings of this reporter. SonyBMG has yet to respond to any inquirers about the death of their CEO or the current whereabouts of his widow the CEO.
Now I know you are saying that this is all speculation, but actions speak louder than words. The only Divo who seems to be hiding from the reporters and any wrong doing is Urs Buhler from Switzerland. Although after the recent fire at the Vintage Apartment buildings saw Mr. Buhler talking heatedly with the Fire Chief who was investigating the disaster. Whose to say we won't have a report soon about him as well. Something tells me that this isn't the last of Devils who sing like Angels.
Ghost Writer“Liebling!” Urs happy voice made her smile. “You better get here as fast as you can. And buy ‘The Sun’. The front page. It’s bad, Urs, and Simon is furious.” “I’m on my way!” Urs said. Half an hour later, all of them stood in Bridget’s office. It was like Simon knew they were there, cause he yanked the door open and his eyes blazed with anger. “Well? What are you waiting for? A written invitation?” The four looked at each other and almost ran to Simon’s office. “Bridget, I need you too.” He said a little more gentle. _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 49: Defending Simon paced his office, while the guys read the article. The only sound in the room was an occasional gasp of one of the guys, or Simon’s footsteps. David lay the paper on his desk and looked at the others. “Well, who wants to start?” Simon asked. “Carlos?” “Si…” he shrugged. “You know I broke up with Sabrina.” “Yes, I do. And I don’t mind you dating another woman. But showing your naked butt to the press???” Simon shook his head. “How old are you?” “It was an accident. I tried to jump over the fence, but my boxers got stuck and…” David chuckled, but was rewarded with an angry glance of Simon. “I’m glad you find this amusing, Miller. Let’s see…” Simon picked up the paper. “Arrested by the FBI. A stalker or a kidnapper… Which one do you prefer?” “You know it’s not true, Simon!” he jumped up. “Sit down! Yes, I know that. But the public doesn’t. And now everyone knows you’re married. The fans will love that. And Sebastien…” he shook his head. “Simon, I…” “An affair with Sophia Garner. I knew something was going on. But you could have least been a little discrete about it.” He snapped. Seb looked at him. “It’s not really an affair. We…” “I don’t want to know!” Simon looked at Urs. “I’m glad that at least one of you didn’t embarrass me. Or did you get married during the weekend?” Urs smiled at Bridget. “No, we didn’t.” “Right. Our lawyers are looking into this and we’ll be suing ‘The Sun’. Bridget, I want you to make a press statement and post it on the forum as well.” Simon said. He sat down behind his desk and folded his hands in front of them. “The European tour starts next week. I don’t want any scandals, nasty articles, embarrassing pictures… You’ll be performing at the American Heart Association benefit on Saturday as planned. David, I want you to take Lorna with you. Bridget you are going with Urs.” She looked up. “But…” “You think they won’t find out about the two of you?” he raised an eyebrow. “Look guys, I want to show the world that whatever happens, you stick together. And behave on the benefit. I’m sure ‘Ghost Writer’ will be around.” They all nodded. “Good. Now get out of here. And if the press calls… No comment!” Simon said. Later that day, the admin of the forum posted a message. Due to the recent article released by the Sun, SonyBMG has been forced to play into the tactic of defending Il Divo and the four gentlemen that are a part of the group. The recent allegations are being looked into carefully and as far as the Sony family is concerned none of the Divos have committed a crime.
It is unfortunate for them that they have been caught at the wrong place at the wrong time, but we are all human. Mr. Marin deeply regrets any pain or humiliation those pictures or those involved in the situation may have caused.
The allegations against Mr. Miller are being emphatically denied by himself and Ms. Carter, now Mrs. Miller. They ask that the general public please respect their privacy as this is a difficult time for them.
Mr. Izambard had nothing to do with the aviation accident the late CEO of this company was involved in that ultimately was responsible for his death. Mr. Izambard himself had lost his wife of several months to cancer and was on vacation when the accident occurred. He had previously met Mrs. Brady and wished to be of assistance as he knew she was alone. There never was any sort of affair between Mr. Izambard and Mrs. Brady. She loved her husband dearly and Mr. Izambard was always faithful to his beloved wife.
As far as Mr. Buhler is concerned, his presence outside the Vintage Apartment building was for the concern of a dear friend of his. The argument with Fire Chief Inspector Cole was nothing more than friendly banter from rival football team supporters.
As a family we would ask that you not believe everything printed by the media, especially gossip columns which sole purpose is to smear and defame the characters of upstanding citizens. We are truly sorry for any distress this may have caused the loyal fans of Il Divo and the gentlemen are in the process of filing a defamation of character lawsuit against the Sun and their star reporter Ms. Stephanie Hunter.
Il Divo will be present for the American Heart Association benefit as scheduled on Saturday. We ask that you recognize their humanitarian efforts as well as their body of work ,that it may stand alone.
SonyBMG, Simon Cowell, Urs Buhler, Sebastien Izambard, Carlos Marin, David Miller and Sophia Brady-Garner.Diva’s all over the world showed their support to the guys by replying to the message. But the gossip in the PM’s and emails was something the mods couldn’t stop. Damage was done and the guys would have to work really hard to get back on top. _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 50: Showtime David looked at the flash lights and took a deep breath. “Alright, gentlemen… It’s show time.” The door of the limousine was opened and David stepped out, reaching out his hand to Lorna. She followed him out of the car and they waited for the others, before going to the press. Lorna wore an ivory coloured dress that was draped over one shoulder. Her long hair was pinned up and she looked very sophisticated. Bridget wore the red dress that Urs had secretly bought for her. The spaghetti straps and the low cut cleavage, showed off her curves. “You look so beautiful.” Urs whispered, his hot breath sending shivers down her spine. “And sexy.” She met his eyes and saw the love and desire. “Later, love.” For a moment they were all blinded by the flashing bulbs, but they quickly made their way down to the entrance of the building, thanks in large part to Steve who helped them push through all the reporters. Simon was caught by the Entertainment Tonight reporter and was separated from the group. Inside the building they managed to separate, each talking to celebrities like Angelina Jolie and Julia Roberts, while Madonna approached them to compliment their music. Lorna couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw the other celebrities. “Wow.” She whispered when she spotted Brad Pitt. David grinned. “Try not to drool, Babe.” Rubbing elbows with other "stars" helped them forget the mess of reporters outside and soon enough Simon rounded them up and escorted them to their table. There was a couple already seated at the table when they arrived and Seb took a sharp breath. “Guys, I want you to meet Sophia Brady, our CEO. And her escort, Joshua Duhamel.” Simon smiled. They all shook hands and Sophia swallowed when she saw Seb. “Evening Seb.” “Sophia.” He kissed her on her cheek and held her hand just a little longer. “How are you?” “I’m fine.” She nodded. “My condolences on your husbands’ death.” Carlos said. “Thank you, Mr. Marin.” She avoided Seb’s eyes and smiled at Simon. “Are you joining us, Simon?” He nodded. “Yes. Behave guys.” He winked at the Divo’s before he sat down next to Sophia. Seb sat down at the table. He choose a seat across Sophia’s. She looked so beautiful tonight. Her long purple dress clung her body and his eyes were drawn to her cleavage. In the candle light she glowed and he had to remind himself that staring was rude and un-called for, but he couldn't help himself. All through dinner, Seb kept glancing at Sophia. And when she thought he wasn’t looking, she did the same. Their eyes met several times and both of them were shifting uncomfortable in their seats. He saw her whispering and laughing with Josh at some private joke. It made him ache to see her close to another male. Josh leaned forward, "Thanks for taking care of my Sophie. I couldn't get to her in time for the funeral, but she told me that you were there for her." He patted Seb on the back and Seb could only nod. Simon saw the tension and cleared his throat. "It's time to get you backstage." Relief flooded Seb's face and he nodded. "No problem.” He gave Sophia one last look before dropping his napkin on his chair and following the rest out. _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 51: Flirting The guys shook hands with Sting when he got off stage. They looked at each other and Urs stepped on stage when they were announced. They sat down on the high stools and the lights dimmed. When the music started, Seb took a deep breath. He could see Sophia looking at him and when he started singing ‘Everytime…’, he put his whole heart in it. Urs glanced at Bridget and she heard the love in his voice. The words were so real for the both of them and she realised once again how much she loved him. Lorna discretely handed her a tissue. She hadn’t even been aware of her tears. Sophia bit her lip when ‘Si tu me amas’ began. She remembered the concert night. That night she found out who he was. And that night had been the first night she had a date with Tom. She quickly took a sip of water to control her feelings. She leaned into her cousin for strength. He sensed something in her and saw the way she was looking at the Frenchman. There was something there, something tangible between them and he hugged her quietly. “You ok?” he whispered, noting that she had tears in her eyes. "Yes, I'm better than I've been since Tom died." she responded and just sat there, with his arm around her as she listened to the song and Seb singing of passion and peace, of a magic that let them fly if she loved him. When the last note of the song died, Sophia tore her eyes away from Seb and saw Simon looking at her, he smiled knowingly. He was okay with them, about the situation, and that reassured her somehow. The last song was hell for Sophia. Seb shook his hips on ‘La vida sin amor’ and she remembered the night they had shared. The memories were like a movie, clear and vivid and she took another long sip of water to cool off. She shouldn't be thinking of him that way, it wasn't right. When he smiled at her as he shook his hips in a slow circle Sophia didn't know whether to moan or to throw the rest of the water at him, he seemed to be enjoying himself entirely too much. Out of the corner of her eye, Sophia saw a beautiful blond lean forward as Seb moved over to her side of the stage and continue the same dance. Something similar to jealousy washed over her and Josh hugged her tighter as her muscles tensed. “What's wrong?" he asked as he felt her stiffen. For a moment he thought she was about to jump on stage and drag Sebastien off to a closet or something, and now she had the look of a jealous lover as Seb danced in front of Gisele Bundchen. "Nothing's wrong. Everything's fine." Sophia had to speak slowly to keep the venom from her voice. She hated feeling jealous. Seb grinned when he walked off stage. He had seen the look on Sophia’s face and knew he still got to her. Let the teasing begin. They came back in the room and enjoyed the performances of Madonna and Beyonce. Seb tried to catch Sophia's eye, but she kept her vision firmly on the performer and so when Gisele came up to him to say that their performance had been inspired he offered her a drink and walked with her to the bar. Meanwhile, Urs heard the soft music by the DJ and looked over at Bridget. She nodded, knowingly and he led her to dance floor. Their bodies melted together and Urs stroked her back. They looked at each other, the love in their eyes so obvious to see. “I want to introduce you to my family when we get to Switzerland.” He said softly. “Really?” she asked surprised. He nodded. “I want them to meet the woman that makes me happy. Meine Geliebte.” Bridget put his arms around his neck and her fingers played with his hair. “You make me happy too, hot stuff.” Urs grinned and pulled her even closer. “Hot stuff eh?” “Oh yes!” she blushed. “You wait till we get home.” He murmured, softly nibbling her earlobe. The next track was a fast one, and Bridget was anxious to dance to ‘Summer Love’ but Urs shook his head. "Not the fast ones." he led her off the dance floor and back to the table where David sat tapping his foot to the beat. “Are you going to ask?" Urs asked David. "Yes." "No." David looked over at Lorna. "What? I can't dance in these shoes." she shrugged an apologetic smile on her face. "Well then I'll take Bridget. You want to dance Bridget?" David looked at Bridget and she shrugged a little uncomfortable. "David! I can't believe you even want to dance with anyone else?!" Lorna cried out and David looked at her surprised. "Cupcake, it's not that. I just like the song and want to dance. I didn't think you'd mind?" David said honestly shocked that she was protesting. "You don't want to dance the slow song with me, and now when I say I can't dance the fast one you ask the first girl that you see. How's that supposed to make me feel?" Lorna asked and sniffed as she suddenly felt very childish for making it a big deal, but if she didn't stand up for herself now, then he'd run all over her later. She wasn't going to let her husband dance with other women. Carlos raised an eyebrow. Were all women the same? But he smiled when he thought of Ulva. He wished she was with him. But Simon had asked him to come alone. Just to make a statement. And Ulva had been furious when she saw the article in the paper. It could ruin her career. So she didn’t want to come with him anyway. In the mean time, Sophia glanced at Seb. It seemed like he was enjoying himself with Gisele. She gathered her purse. "Let's go Josh, I'm not feeling well." She didn't have to lie, her stomach was in knots and she felt faint. He saw her face and quickly obliged, escorting her out through the back door and Seb saw the way he had a hand to her back and reached out to touch Gisele's hand as she spoke to him. Gisele wasn't a fool and realized she didn't have his full attention, but when he offered to share a limo back to her apartment she agreed. “Let’s go too.” Bridget smiled at Urs. “Ok.” He nodded. They said goodbye to Simon and the others, and Carlos stood up too. “Do you mind if I drive back with you two?” “Of course not.” Bridget shook her head. “What time are we leaving, Simon?” Carlos asked. “2 PM. I’ll asked the hotel to give you guys a wake up call just to be sure.” He winked. “Night all!” “Good evening, Miss Hunter.” “Well… If that isn’t my secret source of information.” She kissed him on the cheek. “So… Got something for me?” The man nodded. “I sure do.” Stephanie Hunter moved a little closer and her hand stroked his thigh. She winked seductively. “Tell me all about them, Baby.” _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 52: Angel hearts? Seb helped Giselle out of the car. She smiled at him. “Thank you.” “I’ll walk you to the door.” He suggested. “No. I know you’re not interested in me, Sebastien. And that you only did it to get back at someone. I don’t want to play that game. So, go home and tell her that you love her.” She kissed his cheek. “Goodnight.” “Night.” He nodded. On the way to the hotel, he thought about Sophia. Would she ever believe him? Would they be together some day? When the guys arrived in London on Monday, the press was waiting for them. Simon frowned. Something wasn’t right. “Mr Cowell? Any comment on the article in The Sun?” Simon smiled. “We already released a press statement. Didn’t you get it?” “I mean the new article, Sir. The one that was published today.” The reporter said. Simon swallowed. This couldn’t be true. “Well, as you can see, we just arrived from New York. The guys performed at a benefit. So, I have no idea what you are talking about. And I don’t give any comments until I know what all this is about. And neither do the guys.” Steve swiftly led them all to the waiting van. “What’s going on?” David asked. “I have no idea.” Simon said. He ordered the driver to bring them all to Sony. “But we’re gonna find out in a minute.” When they arrived at the Sony offices, Simon brought them to one of the meeting rooms. Coffee was served and a couple of copies of ‘The Sun’ lay on the table. They all took one and started reading. Angel hearts?
After having been thoroughly disciplined by the powers that be, I hopped a plane to the other side of the pond. There was a charity event to attend and I was not about to let a pesky lawsuit stop me from reporting the going ons at a star studded event.
There was plenty of action down the red carpet of the American Heart Association benefit with celebrities like Julia Roberts, Denzel Washington, Jude Law, Bono, Paris Hilton and the likes busy talking to reporters promoting their new projects. It must have been fascinating interviews because that left the four angelic devils of Il Divo available for comments as they arrived in their limo onto the red carpet.
This reporter was on the case once more as Carlos Marin and Sebastien Izambard both arrived at the event unaccompanied. That's not to say they left alone, but more on that later.
In an interesting and unpredictable turn of events, Urs Buhler was one half of the Divo group who had a female escort at his side at all times. Through careful investigation, The Sun has learned that the new leading lady in Mr Buhlers’ life is none other than the groups’ personal assistant, Bridget Mason.
They spent the night like long lost lovers, holding hands, touching, kissing in darkened corners. This reporter even noted a discreet absence of about a half hour and dishevel appearances upon their return Speculation as to where they went or what they did is apparently not my job and thus is now entirely up to the reader, so speculate away.
I can report that Mrs. Brady was escorted to the event by her cousin, Joshua Duhamel, the delicious fiancé of Stacey Ferguson. They sat at the table paid for by Sony, which was the one where the four gentleman and their companions were seated at as well. Let's just say that sparks were flying between Mr. Sebastien Izambard and Mrs. Sophia Brady. There were quick glances, even a quick peck on the check as they said hello and a much longer kiss when they said good-bye. This reporter will say that Mr. Izambard left the party with a long legged blond model, otherwise known as Ms. Gisele Bundchen, the Victoria Secret Supermodel.
Interestingly enough, Mr. and Mrs. Miller arrived together at the party but didn’t seem all that happy with each other when they left. During the dance, and after their performance, it appeared that Mr. Miller wanted to dance with Ms. Mason which Mrs. Miller strenuously objected to. Sources close to the couple say that Mrs. Miller is afraid of Mr. Miller's wandering eye and that he'll leave her after all the problems their families are causing in their relationship. Another source went as far as to say that Mr. Miller was already looking for a way to annul the marriage.
That same source also stated that according to what they know, Mr. Marin and Ms. Ulva are looking into a quick quiet wedding themselves. Which leads them to believe that Ms. Ulva is in the family way.
Once again SonyBMG would not respond to any of this reporters inquiries as to the veracity of these remarks, and I've made no direct speculations myself. Instead I've presented the facts as to the best of my knowledge to the general public to allow them to speculate as to what the truth might be.
The trip across the pond was a rousing success with nearly ten million dollars being raised for the American Heart Association and the research to a better life for many with heart disease. As for the coronary problems this quartet may be causing SonyBMG now it's fitting that they help raise the money for a better chance at surviving that particular heart attack.
Stephanie Hunter aka Ghost WriterNo one said a word. They just looked at each other, shaking their heads. Urs squeezed Bridget’s hand and David pulled a sobbing Lorna in his arms. “She knows that we can’t do anything.” Simon said. “What do you mean?” Carlos snapped. “She’s practically telling that Ulva is pregnant!” “And that I want to annul my wedding!” David yelled. “And that I spend the night with Gisele.” Seb continued. Simon sighed. “She reported what she saw and heard. I can release another statement and post something on the forum, but then it looks like we are defending you again. And that would make it look like you had something to hide.” “The tour starts tomorrow. How do you think fans will react?” Urs asked angrily. “You know that the fans are on your side. You saw the reactions on the forum.” Simon said. Bridget laughed. “Public eye, Simon. You know as well as I do that they gossip among each other.” “I suggest you go home now and pack. Be careful what you do on tour, cause I have a feeling we have a mole.” He said. “Look guys… I always said you’re private life is your own business. And I never interfered, but when it’s threatening to ruin your career, I have to step in. So Carlos… If you are planning to marry Ulva or she’s pregnant, announce it on the forum.” “But…” Carlos looked shocked. “Lorna, I want you to join David on tour as much as possible. I know you have a job, but make sure you’re there during the weekends. And make sure people see you.” He said seriously. “Seb, solve this business with Sophia. And Urs and Bridget… Be discreet. I always said I don’t want my employees to mess with the stars, so…” he shrugged. Urs looked at him. “We’re not gonna hide our relationship.” “I didn’t ask that. I just want Bridget to do her job like she always does. Oh and guys…” he sighed. “This is a difficult time. So please… Try to get along. The last thing I need is you guys fighting.” _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 53: Hit the road “You want to go outside? It’s a lovely day.” Bridget asked her mother. She nodded. “I want to go to the pond.” “Good idea.” Bridget hooked arms with her mother and they walked to the garden to the little pond. They sat down on the bench and Helena smiled happily. “I’m going away for a while, Mum. But I’ll call you.” Bridget said. “Where are you going, Cathy?” She shook her head. “I’m not Cathy. I’m Bridget, your daughter.” Her mother just smiled. “I’m going away for work. Il Divo is doing a tour through Europe.” She continued. “Il Divo? Those lovely men who sang here?” Helena asked. Bridget nodded, happy that she remembered. “That’s right.” “Can we go back in, Cathy? I’m a little cold.” Bridget sighed. Her mother’s memories never lasted long. “Of course.” She brought her back to her room and said goodbye. “I’ll call you.” “Bye, Cathy!” her mother waved. Bridget swallowed her tears back. It was getting harder and harder every time. But when she was about to close the door, Helena called again. “Bridget? I love you.” She smiled. “I love you too, Mummy.” She answered as her tears escaped. She ran back in and hugged her mother. “I love you so much.” “Your father would have been so proud.” Helena smiled. Bridget looked up. “Who is my father, Mum?” Her mother looked outside. “Bear… I always called him Bear. And I was Pooh. Pooh Bear…” “Mummy… What was his real name?” “Cathy, where is my book?” Helena asked. Bridget sighed. The clear moment was gone again. She kissed her mother on the cheek after handing her the book. “Bye Mum.” Urs just finished packing when Bridget came home. “Hallo Liebling.” One look was all he needed to see that it had been a rough visit again. He gently hugged her. “You ok?” She sighed. “It’s so hard. She started to tell me about my father, but when she was about to say who he was, the moment was gone.” “Oh sweetie...” Urs kissed her forehead. “She told me she loved me.” She whispered. “Of course she does. I know it’s hard, sweetie, but your Mum really loves you. You have to believe that.” He said. “I know.” She sighed. “I better go pack.” “I love you, Bridget.” He said, looking in her eyes. She smiled at him. “I love you too.” He kissed her softly before gently pushing her to her room. “Go pack. I’ll make dinner.” The next morning they all met up at the airport. The guys were a little more quiet then usual, although they tried not to show it to the musicians. Everyone was excited about the new tour. So were the guys, and they especially looked forward to see their families again. Lorna would go with them for a week, as it was school holidays. But the look on her face told the others to stay away. David didn’t know what was bothering her. She was moody and short tempered and he had the feeling that she regretted being married. He understood that she missed her family and the feud was bothering both of them. The first week was over in no time. The guys managed to relax and they enjoyed talking to the fans and performing. None of the fans mentioned the article, but lots of them congratulated David with his wedding and even gave him gifts. Bridget had to deal with the gossip from some of the girls from the orchestra. They found out about her and Urs and the remarks were not always easy to deal with, but she pretended not to notice. “Sophia. How are you?” Simon kissed her on both cheeks. “I’m fine. But I need a favour.” She smiled. “What is it?” She sighed. “Could I… Could you… Can you tell me where Seb is staying? I need to talk to him.” “Seb? You know he’s on tour?” Simon asked. “Yes, I know.” She bit her lip. “Look, Simon. I… We… I really need to talk to him and I don’t want to do it on the phone.” Simon studied her for a moment. “Ok.” He printed something out and handed her the paper. “Confidential information. Make sure no one else sees this.” “Of course not. Thank you so much, Simon.” She stood up. “I hope that you two can solve your problems. Sophia, I know you loved Tom, but… Seb is a great guy. A little impulsive sometimes but he has a heart of gold.” Simon hugged her. “Now go find him.” _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 54: Babies David whistled a tone in the shower when he heard something. He peeked into the bathroom and saw Lorna on her knees, emptying her stomach into the toilet. “Babe!” he quickly put a towel around his waist and kneeled next to her. He handed her a glass of water and looked worried. “Babe, what’s wrong?” “I’m pregnant, that’s what’s wrong.” She snapped. “You’re…” a hug grin appeared on his face. “Babe!!! I’m gonna be a daddy!!!” He stood up and did a little dance through the bathroom. “A baby!!! Oh my God… I can’t believe it! I have to tell the guys!” He ran out, wearing nothing but his towel. “David! Wait!” Lorna heard him in the hallway and quickly followed him. He banged on the door next to them and the next one and the one across the hall. “What?” Urs yanked the door open, dressed in boxers and Bridget peeked over his shoulder, wearing his shirt. “It’s 8h in the morning!” Carlos growled. “David… I don’t want to play your Play station.” Seb sighed. “I’m having a baby!!!!” he jumped up and down in the middle of the hall. “You’re having a baby?” Urs chuckled. “You know what I mean!” he threw his hands in the air. “Oh my God! Congrats!” Bridget hugged him and Lorna. “Thanks! At least someone is happy.” David pulled Lorna in his arms. “A little Miller!” “God! Another one!” Carlos sighed, but then he smiled and hugged both of them. “Well done, Amigo!” “Thanks!” David looked down at Lorna and noticed her tears. “Babe, what’s wrong?” “I thought you would be mad. Because we never talked about it… And with our parents…” she sobbed. David held her tight. “You made me the happiest man in the world, Lorna. There is nothing that I want more. I love you and I already love that little one.” The others watched the couple and smiled at each other. “I’m going back to bed.” Seb said. “Si… me too. And I think the love birds from next door are going to do the same. “ He winked at Urs. Urs grinned when he saw Bridget blush. “Ja… We have some unfinished business.” He swept her in his arms and closed the door with his foot. David took Lorna back in and sat down on the couch with her on his lap. “How far along are you?” “I don’t know. A month… Maybe longer.” “And you didn’t tell me? Hun…” he shook his head. “I was scared, David. With that article in the paper… And I thought that maybe you would think that I tricked you… So that you can’t annul the wedding.” She said softly. “Oh Cupcake…” he kissed her tenderly. “I am not going to annul our wedding. I love you.” “I love you too, Cookie.” She grinned. “Good!” he picked her up and ran to the bedroom. “Let’s celebrate!” It was late when Sophia arrived in Munich. She took a cab to the hotel and for a minute she hesitated. Should she call him? Ask for his room number? Hang around till he showed up? “Don’t be chicken.” She picked up Snowflake. “We can do this, right?” She walked straight to the reception. “Good evening. Could you tell me if Mr Izambard in his room?” The woman looked in her computer. “I’m sorry. We don’t have a Mr Izambard here.” “What? It can’t be.” Sophia took the paper out of her bag and showed it to the woman. “See? This is your hotel, right?” “Yes, it is.” She nodded. “Sebastien Izambard? The French one from Il Divo?” Sophia insisted. “I’m sorry, Miss.” The woman shook her head. “Fine.” Sophia took her mobile and dialled his number. “Allo?” “Seb, it’s Sophia. I eh… I’m in Munich. I need to talk to you.” She said softly. “Sophia? Ehm sure… Come to my hotel. The Radisson.” He said. She sighed. “I am at the Radisson, but they don’t know a Sebastien Izambard.” “Try ‘Casanova’.” He chuckled. “Room 603.” “Oh puh-leeze.” She rolled her eyes and looked at the receptionist. “Monsieur Casanova is expecting me.” The woman smiled. “Of course. He’s staying in room 603.” Sophia took a deep breath before she knocked his door. “Bonsoir.” Seb smiled as he opened the door. “Hi.” Sophia stammered. She looked into his green eyes and felt her knees tremble. He still got to her. “Come in.” “Thanks.” She was still holding Snowflake and when Seb stroked her, their fingers touched. “Bonsoir ma petite.” Snowflake licked his hand and Sophia smiled. “It looks like she knows you now.” “Yes, she wasn’t very fond of me that evening.” He pointed to the couch. “But sit down. Do you want a drink?” “No, thanks. Are you sure this is a good time? I know you had a concert and you must be tired and maybe you have an early flight…” she rambled on. Seb grabbed her shoulders and pulled her against him, letting his mouth shut her up. He placed his hands on her shoulders. “It’s ok. Tell me why you are here.” “I ehm… I need to tell you something. But…” Seb gently pulled her down on the couch with him. “Go on.” She put Snowflake on the floor and looked at her hands. “I’m pregnant.” “You’re… Mon Dieu, Chérie! That’s great.” He kissed her passionately. “But…” “No, buts… I’m so happy, Chérie! I’ll take care of you. You know I will. And you will let me, right? You can move in with me. And Snowflake of course. Mon Dieu! That’s the best news I had in weeks!” he stood up and pulled her in his arms. “Je t’aime, Sophie. Je t’aime.” Sophia swallowed. She was happy that he reacted like this, but how was he going to react to the rest of the news? Seb continued to ramble on, "I'll make sure I'm at your next doctor's appointment. I'll be the best dad ever. I think it's a girl. A precious little princess." He smiled and saw that Sophia's smile didn't match his own. "What's wrong, ma petite?" he asked sitting down next to her, taking her cold hand in his large warm one. "Seb, the dates, they don't match up." she said softly, looking into his confused green eyes. "What do you mean they don't match up?" "I mean that I was already having morning sickness when we slept together. I'm pregnant with Tom's baby." she said the words so softly, so quietly that Seb thought she hadn't said them at all, that they'd been whispered in his head. But when he looked over at Sophia she was deathly pale, afraid of his reaction. It had taken every once of courage she had to tell him this news, because it was up to him now. Whether he wanted her or not, whether he wanted this baby or not. "I understand if you don't want us anymore, because I'm no longer by myself, Seb. I have to think of this precious little gift that Tom left me. I understand if it's something to hard for you to deal with." Sophia tried to pull her hand back but Seb held on tighter. "You're right. This isn't easy for me to accept." Sophia nodded and looked away, her eyes awash with new tears. “If you give me time to adjust, I think I can come to accept that the baby isn't mine. That he or she is from a previous relationship, but that baby is a part of you and I love you, Sophie. Nothing you do or say can change what I feel for you. I just can't deal with this now. Just be with me and we'll deal with the baby issues as they come along." Seb pleaded his eyes so full of tenderness and love for her that she nodded slowly. She loved Seb. It wasn't something she could deny any longer. It wasn't fair to herself or to him to lie and say that she didn't care. Now this baby could very well stand in the way of Seb and her, but if he wanted time to adjust, then she'd give him all the time he needed. She knew deep down he'd done the very same for her. Letting her be ready and letting her come to him on her terms. Not his. _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 55: Talking about feelings It was almost noon when Seb woke up. He turned on his side and saw Sophia was still asleep. What a night it had been! After their conversation, Seb had asked her to stay the night. He'd used the excuse that it was too late to arrange something anyway. Reluctantly she'd agreed and had fallen asleep on the bed next to him. It had taken forever for him to fall asleep, having her so close to him was torture of the sweetest kind. She'd changed into one of his favourite t-shirts and even Snowflake had left them alone, choosing to sleep on the chair by the bed, rather than in the bed with them. She looked so peaceful sleeping. He stared at her as her hair was spread over the pillow and her pink lips parted. She'd captured him from the first moment he'd seen her under the stairs. There had been something in the air and he could still remember how his breath had caught and he'd fallen in love at first sight. Now that he knew everything she was, how she'd been strong through the loss of him, her father and then her husband, he loved her more. Impossible as it seemed, he didn't want to spend a day away from her. He crept out of bed slowly as to not disturb her, pulled on his jeans and a shirt, and picked up the leash and took Snowflake for her walk. He'd wake Sophie up after he came back. He bumped into Bridget when he walked out of the hotel. “Hi Seb. Since when do you have a dog?” He smiled. “She’s Sophia’s.” “Sophia? She’s here?” Bridget asked surprised. “Oui. Would you like to join me? I… I need to talk to someone.” He said softly. “Of course.” They walked to a park nearby and after a while they sat down on a bench. Snowflake lay down at Seb’s feet. “Sophia is pregnant.” Bridget looked at him. “Are you…?” “Non. Tom is the father.” “And how do you feel about that?” she asked. He sighed. “I don’t know. I’m gonna need time to get used to the idea, but… I love her so much, so… I can do this.” Bridget squeezed his arm. “Of course you can. And the child is part of Sophia. So if you really love her...” “I do. And I know. And if it was the other way around, I think Tom would have taken care of her.“ he nodded. “2 Divo babies…” Bridget smiled. “What about you?” he winked. “I think it’s a bit early for that!” she laughed. “So are you excited about meeting Urs’ family?” “Nervous is more like it.” She said softly. Seb smiled at her. “They will love you. Don’t worry about it.” “I hope so.” She looked at her watch. “We better get back. You guys have to leave to that TV show in a while.” “Do you know that you and Urs look a lot like each other?” He teased. “What’s that saying? If you sleep with the dog…” she laughed. Seb laughed and put his arm around her shoulders while they walked back to the hotel. Sophia sat up in bed when Seb came in. “Morning, ma petite.” “Morning. Well… afternoon.” She smiled. “How are you feeling? You look a little pale.” he asked worried. “Morning sickness…” she stroked Snowflake who jumped on the bed. “Hi sweetie… Did you have a nice walk?” Seb sat next to her. “We went to the park. I told Bridget that you’re pregnant. But she can be trusted. Don’t worry.” “Oh… ok. Are you gonna tell the others?” she bit her lip. “I don’t know. Are you staying with me during this tour?” he asked. She shrugged. “Do you want me to?” “Yes, I do. I love you, Sophia. And I don’t want to spend another day without you.” He said seriously. “That’s gonna be difficult. I have a company to run.” She said softly. “I know. But I’m sure we can work something out.” He softly pulled her closer. Sophia stared at him. She felt her heart race and his green eyes enchanted her. “I love you, Seb.” She whispered. “Je t’aime aussi.” He kissed her so tenderly and she felt the love in that kiss. She knew he loved her and that everything would be fine. “So you are coming to Madrid?” Carlos asked. Ulva sighed. “Are you sure? I mean… You don’t have to do this. Maybe you should tell them on your own.” “Querida… I want my parents to see how much we love each other. And believe me… This time they won’t succeed in separating us. I won’t let them.” He said determined. “I hope you’re right. Carlos…” she hesitated. “Si?” “Sabrina is not happy about all this. She keeps calling me and she shows up at weddings that I’m organising.” Ulva sighed. “It’s hell, Carlos.” “I’ll have a word with her.” He said. She bit her lip. “I don’t want you to get in trouble.” “Don’t worry about me, Querida. I’ll see you soon. Te quiero.” He smiled. “Bye Carlos.” After he hung up with Ulva, he dialled the so familiar number. “Sabrina, it’s me.” “Carlos!” “I’ll say this only once. Stay away from Ulva. Leave her alone and don’t you dare ruining her career. If you try anything at all, I’ll make sure your reputation will be ruined.” He said angrily. “How dare you…” “I’m serious, Sabrina. Leave us alone.” He closed his phone and took a deep breathe. “Let’s hope she got the message.” _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 56: Who’s that ghost? “Anyone wants a paper?” Carlos asked as he went over to the newsstand. The others mumbled something and made their way over to the lounge in the airport. “You must be excited to see your family again.” Sophia said. Urs nodded. “I am! I haven’t seen them in a few months. My mother is already preparing a huge dinner.” “Mothers. They are all the same, aren’t, they?” Seb smiled. Urs felt Bridget squeezing his hand. He gently kissed it while he looked her in the eyes. “Yes. They all love us. No matter what.” “You are not gonna believe this!” Carlos stormed in, his arms full of newspapers. “What? You bought all the papers because your picture is in it? Really Carlos…” David laughed and shook his head. “Not my picture. Sophia’s.” he handed the others a paper. “Another article.” A New Type of Production for Il Divo?
News from Munich, Germany, on the now touring Il Divo group. Not a day goes by that these handsome men don't seem to cause a stir in the SonyBMG headquarters.
This time it was the CEO herself making a rather unexpected visit to see Mr. Izambard in the wee hours of the morning. Reports vary at the exact time she called up to visit with Mr. Izambard, but no room was ever taken by Mrs. Brady.
Instead we saw Sebastien leave the room at lunch the next day walking Mrs. Brady's puppy, Snowflake, in the park by the hotel. We'd have normally skipped the stroll in the park, but upon exiting the handsome Casanova was not alone, and he had more company than just the K-9 variety.
This time the pictures are worth more than anything we could ever print, as Mr. Izambard and Ms. Mason, who is reportedly hot and heavy with Sebastien's group mate Mr. Urs Buhler, were spotted taking a short stroll together into the innermost area of the park. They spent more than a few minutes together, sitting next to each other as close as lovers and parted with a kiss.
Mrs. Brady was waiting for her lover's return, wearing nothing more than his shirt, and getting more upset with each minute that he took to return. Upon his return to their hotel room, they holed themselves in until that evening when they snuck out the back entrance to go to an exclusive Italian restaurant, where the lack of wine or alcohol was noted.
Sophia has been noted at looking radiant and positively glowing these past weeks and she was spotted at a maternity shop in London last week. Mum's the word from the SonyBMG camp and we wonder if there's more to it than just trying to keep us out of the loop.
Speaking of Mum's and Dad's, Sebastien wouldn't be the only Divo becoming a father. Sources close to the Miller-Carter camp have revealed that a baby is expected by the new Miller family, which has delayed the annulment that David longed for. A close friend of Mr. Miller's says that it's all a manipulative scheme by the new Mrs. Miller to keep her paws on David, since she was afraid he'd try and leave her as soon as he started thinking straight.
No news as to when this baby is due, but from the information gathered, Mr. Izambard would become a daddy first, with Mr. Miller following suit shortly thereafter. We can hear calculators humming and calendar books flipping back and forth to figure out the dates we are all anxious to know.
Not to worry your pretty brains on the math, from calculations close to the SonyBMG family, Mrs. Brady is due in December making the father of the baby unclear. Looks like Mr. Izambard and Mrs. Brady will be anxiously awaiting the storks delivery to clear up that little mess.
And we will keep you informed as the news comes along.
Stephanie HunterSophia was pale as a sheet and the silence in the lounge said it all. “You’re pregnant?” David asked. “Yes.” She whispered. “But no one knew that, except for…” Seb looked at Bridget. “What? No… I didn’t… You really think I…” she stammered. “You’re the only I told.” He said seriously. “I didn’t. I would never do that! I DIDN’T!!!!” she stood up and ran to the bathroom. “Bridget!” Urs yelled. He was about to go after her, but Sophia stopped him. “I’ll talk to her.” Sophia heard Bridget sobbing. “Bridget, come out. Please. I know you didn’t tell.” “Seb thinks I did.” “No, he doesn’t. He knows you wouldn’t do that. We are just upset about this whole thing. Please come out.” Sophia said gently. She heard her unlocking the door and smiled. “I know you wouldn’t do anything to hurt Seb.” Bridget shook her head. “And I didn’t kiss him. And now Urs will think that…” “Urs loves you. He knows you wouldn’t cheat on him.” Sophia hugged her. “We’ll get to the bottom of this. Now, freshen up a little and we’ll go back to the guys.” When they walked back in the lounge, Seb immediately hugged her. “Of course I know you didn’t tell. If it was you, they would have reported on my marriage with Ana back then.” She looked at Urs. “I swear I didn’t kiss him.” “I know, Liebling. That woman is just a….” “Yes, Simon! I know that! But do something about it, cause it’s driving us all crazy!” Carlos yelled in his phone. David held Lorna in his arms. “Don’t believe a word she writes. I love you and I love our child. And I will never leave you.” She looked at him and nodded. “I know. I love you too, David.” “Will it ever stop?” Urs sighed. Carlos clenched his fists. “I hope so. I really do!” _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 57: Family It was a quiet group that arrived in Switzerland. “Maybe I should go to the hotel with the others.” Bridget said. Urs frowned. “Why?” “You haven’t seen your family in months and with that article…” “Liebling, that article doesn’t change a thing about our relationship. And my family wants to meet you.” He smiled. “And I’m staying at my parents’ house. So that means you will too.” She looked surprised. “But… The others… I mean, I have a job to do and…” “Do you guys mind that Bridget isn’t staying at the hotel?” Urs asked, looking at the others. “Of course not! We have your number if we need you.” David said. “See?” Urs winked. One car took the guys to the hotel, while Urs rented a car and drove to his parents. Bridget looked out of the window. “It’s beautiful here.” “Ja.” He took her hand and gently squeezed it. “I have a little cabin up in the mountains. I stay there when I’m here for a longer time. We can go there tomorrow if you like.” She nodded. “That would be great!” When they stopped in front of his parent’s house, Urs’ mother stood outside with his two sisters. They immediately came over and hugged him. Bridget watched the scene and smiled. It was so nice to see how much they loved him. “You must be Bridget.” A voice said from behind her. She turned around and looked at an older version of Urs. “Yes, I am Bridget. Nice to meet you, Herr Bühler.” The man kissed her on both cheeks. “You can call me Hendrik.” “Vatti!” Urs came over and hugged his father. “It’s good to have you back, son.” He smiled. “Mutti, Lisa, Hilde… I want you to meet Bridget. Bridget, this is my mother Maria and my sisters.” Urs smiled. “Nice to meet you all.” She nodded. “It is so nice to finally meet the woman who makes my son so happy.” His mother smiled. “Come in, child. I baked some cookies.” Maria put an arm around Bridget’s shoulders and led her inside while the two men took care of the luggage. That afternoon Bridget experienced what it was to have a real family. It was obvious that the Bühler family was very close. And she immediately got accepted. It was an unbelievable feeling. When they drove to the venue for the sound check, Urs noticed she was very quiet. “Are you ok, Liebling?” She nodded. “Yeah… I’m just a little overwhelmed. I mean… I didn’t expect to get accepted so easily.” “Why not? You’re sweet and clever and beautiful. And you love me.” He winked. “Yes, I do.” She smiled at him. “You have such a nice family.” “Ja. You’ll meet my brother tonight. He’s coming to the concert.” Urs said. “Great. Can’t wait.” Urs nervously paced behind the curtain. “Will you stand still!” David hissed. “Since when are you so nervous?” Seb asked. “I can’t help it. My family and friends are here and…” he sighed. “We understand, Amigo. We’ll make this the best show ever.” Carlos winked. “Thanks guys.” They heard the music change and took their places. Urs took a few deep breathes and when the curtain came down, he felt the enthusiasm of the audience. One by one the guys sang their lines. When Urs came down the stairs, the audience erupted in applause. David and Carlos looked at each other and smiled. It was always so special to sing in your own city or country. After the show, Urs hugged Bridget. “It was amazing! Did you hear the audience? Mein Gott!” “It was great. I thought they weren’t gonna stop screaming.” She laughed. “I know! And I saw so many familiar faces.” He nodded. “Your parents, brother and sister are already waiting for you.” She said. “Why don’t you go change?” He gently kissed her. “I will.” 15 minutes later, Urs appeared in the lounge where his family waited. “Alex!” he hugged his brother. “Well, you finally found the time to visit us.” “Ja, I know. It’s been a while.” Urs said. Alex grinned. “But I can see you were busy. And it looks like you finally found the right woman.” Urs took Bridget’s hand when he saw her blushing. “Yes, I did.” It was late when they finally got back to the house. Bridget went to their room while Urs stayed down for a little chat with his parents. “That was a wonderful show. I really enjoyed it.” Maria said. Hendrik nodded. “We are very proud of you, son.” “Thanks.” Urs blushed. “So… What do you think of Bridget?” “She’s very nice.” Hendrik smiled. “And she loves you. It’s clear to see. Maybe she’s afraid to show it, but… Her eyes say it all.” His mother said seriously. “Ja. You know…” Urs bit his lip. “I always said I didn’t believe in marriage. But since I’m with her…” he shrugged. Hendrik squeezed his shoulder. “I’m glad to hear it. I think you two will be very happy. Like your mother and I.” “So… You approve?” “Of course we do. We have always supported you, Urs. I know that we had our differences in the past and that we didn’t always agree with your choice of women. But in the need it’s you who’s got to be happy.” His father said. His mother kissed his cheek. “But we really like Bridget. And I would love to have her as my daughter in law.” Bridget nuzzled close when Urs came to bed. “Thank you for bringing me here.” “You’re welcome, Liebling.” She chuckled. “And this room is so very you. The bike pics, the heavy metal posters…” “I drove my mother crazy as a teenager. My walls were plastered with those posters.” He smiled. “Do you share that interest with your brother?” she asked. “Nee. He likes the bikes, but not the music.” Urs gently kissed her. “You miss your mother, don’t you?” Bridget sighed. “Yes, I do. When I see what your mother is like… Baking cookies, pampering you,… I never experienced that. Well, not really…” “My mother doesn’t mind doing that for you too.” He pulled her close. “My family is yours, Liebling.” “I love you, Urs.” “I love you too.” And minutes later he proved that he did. _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 58: Paradise “Ok, Simon. I’ll take care of it. … Don’t worry about it. … Ok, talk to you soon.” Urs raised an eyebrow. “A private detective?” Bridget nodded. “Yes, Simon wants to check out Miss Hunter. The articles are getting more slanderous and he thinks there is more to it. So he wants me to hire a private detective.” “Maybe he’s right. It looks like she’s planning some kind of personal attack.” He smiled. “But we’re not gonna let that spoil our day. Are you ready?” Bridget nodded. “Yes. Let’s go.” Urs and Bridget drove through the mountains until he stopped the car in front of a cabin. “You call this small?” Bridget said, getting out of the car. He grinned. “Well… It has 4 bedrooms on the first floor…” “It’s beautiful here! So quiet and peaceful.” She said softly. “I know. This is my little hideaway. No one ever comes here.” Urs took her hand. “Come on, I’ll show you around.” Urs showed her around the ground floor. The cabin had a small kitchen, but quite a large living room with a fireplace. “It must be so beautiful here when it snows.” Bridget said. “It is. Very deserted, but I kind of like that.” He smiled as he opened the back door. Bridget gasped when she stepped out. There was a small terrace with a table and a couple of chairs. 3 steps lead to a small garden. There were flowers everywhere. “My God… This is… Just amazing!” Urs nodded. “These are all wildflowers. Every time I come here, something is blooming. It’s great.” “It’s like paradise.” Bridget smiled. “Ja… And being here with you…” he squeezed her hand. Urs put a basket on the table. “Mutti made us lunch.” He took out sandwiches, a cake, fruit, a bottle of wine, glasses, plates… “Your mother really likes cooking.” She smiled. “Ja. And baking.” He grinned, looking at the cake. They ate their lunch, quietly talking and enjoying the environment and the company. After they had cleaned up, Urs took her upstairs. He opened the doors to the balcony in his room and stepped outside. “I’m gonna say it again… It is beautiful!” Bridget said. The sun was shining and the mountains stood out against the blue sky. They heard the birds in the trees and at the edge of the woods, they saw bunnies hopping around. “And early in the morning you can even see dears.” Urs said, putting his arms around her waist. Bridget leaned back against his chest, enjoying the feeling. He softly kissed her neck and his hands slipped under her t-shirt. Bridget turned her head a little to kiss him properly. They stood there for a while until Urs picked her up and carried her to the bed. They made love all through the afternoon, while the sun made their bodies look like pure gold. Bridget softly stroked his chest while a summer breeze cooled down their heated bodies. They looked outside to the sunset. “Do we have to go back?” Urs smiled. “I didn’t bring anything for dinner, so…” “And your mother is probably waiting.” She said. “Ja. How about we come back here after the tour? Maybe you can get some time of?” Urs suggested. “That would be great!” she nodded. “It’s so nice here.” “I know. Let me tell you something… You are the first woman that I bring here.” He kissed her forehead. “Really? Oh Urs…” “I love you, Bridget. With all my heart. And I hope we get the chance to spend a lot of time here.” he said seriously. Bridget tenderly kissed him. “I would like that.” “We’ll do that then. Now… Let’s get a shower before we head back.” Urs swept her in his arms and carried her to the bathroom. Maria smiled when she saw the happy couple. They came in, their hands linked, their eyes shimmering with love. “Did you two have a nice day?” Bridget nodded. “It was amazing! It’s so beautiful up there. So calm.” Urs snatched a biscuit of a plate. “Can I take some of these when we leave?” His mother took a box out of the cupboard. “You think this is enough?” “Well… for a while maybe…” Urs kissed her on the cheek. “Thanks Mutti.” “It looks like I’m gonna have to learn how to bake.” Bridget grinned. “I would be more then happy to teach you.” Maria smiled. “That would be nice.” She nodded, her voice slightly trembling. Maria gently squeezed her hand. “You are always welcome here, child. And if you need my advice on something, you can call me. You make my son very happy, Bridget. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen him like this.” “Thank you, Maria. It means a lot.” She hugged the older woman and saw Urs winking at her. There were no more doubts. She loved him and she knew he did too. It was hard to say goodbye the next morning. Especially for Bridget. She had never felt part of a family. “Thank you for these lovely days.” She said as she hugged Maria. “You’re very welcome. And I hope to see you back real soon.” Maria smiled. “You take good care of her, Urs. Don’t let this one walk out.” His father said. Urs smiled. “I won’t.” They waved till they were out of sight. Not much was said on the way to the airport. But when Urs parked the car, Bridget took his hand. “Thank you.” He gently kissed her. “You are very welcome, Liebling. I’m glad you enjoyed yourself.” “I did.” She nodded. “I love you, Urs.” “I love you too.” He blinky winked at her and gathered their luggage. “Showtime!” _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |

| Chapter 59: Reality bites The next days of the tour continued without problems. Bridget had hired a detective who was checking out Miss Hunter. And Sophia stayed with Seb. She flew to New York a few times to handle some urgent matters, but most of the time she travelled with Seb. She loved Seb, there was no doubt about it, and she knew he loved her too. But since he knew she was pregnant, they hadn’t made love. He didn’t even touch her belly. It was like he couldn’t accept it. She had tried several times to talk to him about it, but something had always come up. It always seemed like the wrong time and she was beginning to feel awkward with her pregnancy. She stood on the small terrace of their hotel room, sipping the cup of milk she had begun to drink everyday since finding out about her pregnancy and thought of how she felt about Seb and the baby. She wanted them to be a family, but she also understood the fact that she was pregnant and that it had to be a turn off for him up to a certain point. The more she thought about it the larger her worries grew. Sophia watched the goings and comings of the park below her for another few minutes, before walking back into the suite. She had a doctor's appointment in an hour and was hoping Seb would go with her. She'd told him about it, and knew that he had the afternoon off after the radio show at 13h, but he hadn't said anything when he'd left with the guys earlier. She walked slowly back to the bathroom and went about getting dressed. For the second day she was spotting lightly and she knew that it wasn't a good sign. She was worried that she'd lose the baby, but she hadn't talked to Seb about it because he always seemed so damn distant when she brought up the subject of the baby. She hoped that everything would be okay. That she'd find out if it were a boy or girl and that the baby would be okay. She was about to start crying all over again when she heard the door open. Composing herself she wiped the tears from her face and watched as Seb walked into the room a bag in one hand and a sheepish smile on his face. "You haven't left yet?" He closed the distance between them and Sophia sat back on the bed, trembling slightly, suddenly tired of the pretending. Tired of trying to be strong for herself. "I was about to. Are you coming with me?" He looked her over and saw her look so pale and weak. Like a strong wind would knock her over and the tiny bump that had only begun to show in the past week. He saw the dark circles underneath her eyes and the tears that had fallen quite recently. Had he been responsible for that? He knew he was making a mess of things. He couldn't bring himself to love her, knowing that she was carrying the child of someone else, yet he couldn't let her go. He needed her like he needed his next breath and it hurt to think that he could be so cruel with her. It had to be his imagination, but something nagged him in the back of his brain so that he nodded his head. "I wouldn't dream of missing this. Let's go, we're running behind aren't we?" he asked as he took her cold hand in his larger, warmer one. He was doing the right thing. He should go with her. “Yeah, we're a bit behind schedule. Thanks Seb." Sophia whispered and tip-toed to kiss him lightly on the cheek. She brushed past him and grabbed her purse so that Seb had no choice but to follow her out of the room. It was a short drive from the hotel to the doctor's office and she was treated courteously by the receptionist and the nursing staff. Her doctor had forwarded all relevant information to this doctor so she didn't have to fly back to London for every check up. It was the perfect arrangement and she didn't wait long before they showed her and Seb to a small waiting room, where pictures of the different stages of pregnancy and models of what a baby looked like in uterus dominated the area. Sophia could tell that Seb was uncomfortable and she shook her head as she sat on the cold metal table that was in the middle of the room. She was about to ask him how he was when the door opened and the doctor entered. The doctor entered the room and smiled over at them as he sat down on the backless stool next to the bed. "I'm Dr. Smythe and you're here for your four month check up." Sophia nodded. "Yes sir." "How are you feeling? Nausea pass?” he asked and Sophia nodded once more. "Yeah, I don't feel nauseous and no more morning sickness, although..." Sophia trailed off. She knew she had to talk to him, she had to tell him, but she was scared that... no this is was more important. "Dr., the past two days I've experienced spotting. I'm worried about the baby." The doctor nodded and wrote down her symptoms on the chart. He could see her colour pallor was not good and knew that he had to check the baby's heartbeat. “Thanks for sharing that Mrs. Brady. We're going to check on this little one's heartbeat first. Once we can find out how that's going, we'll do the scan and draw some blood. It's normal for new mothers to spot or bleed during the first trimester, but since you're a bit past that, I want to make sure that it's nothing serious." "You should have told me." Seb whispered Sophia looked away and nodded, even as he squeezed her hand. The assistant wheeled in a monitor of some sort and the doctor had her lay back and pull up her top and push down her pants and underwear. They strapped on the foetal heart monitor and within seconds the loud whoosh whoosh could be heard throughout the room. Sophia felt her eyes sting as she heard the fast rhythm of her baby's heart beat and knew that he or she was okay. The doctor seemed to take some more notes down and then took it off. Seb felt his heart constrict and let the tears fall down his checks. He couldn't hurt Sophia or this child that until now hadn't seemed real. At this moment he felt the reality of becoming a father because Tom never would. And he had to step up and become a father. He'd be a good one too. The doctor squirted the cold gel onto Sophia's stomach and Seb saw her stomach quiver and heard her gasp of breath at the shock of cold on her warm skin. “Sorry about that, this won't take long at all." the doctor grinned and began to study the black monitor, the same whoosh whoosh could be heard and suddenly the doctor smiled. Seb couldn't distinguish anything in the sea of black, white and gray but obviously his eyes were untrained. "There he is. Congratulations Sophia, he looks like a healthy baby boy. The right weight and size for four months." Sophia smiled at the thought of a little boy, with his fathers green eyes and smile. She sniffed once and held onto Seb's hand as the doctor wiped off the gel and handed them several pictures that he'd taken of the baby. In one he seemed to be waving his stubby little fingers. "Now Sophia, this spotting does have me concerned, but since there is no complaints of cramping or contractions I'm only going to recommend bed rest. No strenuous activity, meaning no lifting, no running and no standing for long periods of time. You can still get out of bed, but if you start to spot again, I'm going to have to put you in the hospital for complete bed rest and we both don't want that. So take it easy, let your husband do more for you, and we can all be happy. You wouldn't want me to stop the travelling would you?" he asked with a twinkle in his eye "No sir. Are you sure everything is okay? That with bed rest we'll both be okay?" Sophia asked, putting a loving hand on her bump and almost gasping in shock when Seb's hand covered hers and his finger tips brushed her skin. "I'm thinking it's stress that's causing this reaction. So just be extra careful for the next two weeks. It's for the best." He nodded and looked over at the man with her who seemed to be working up the courage to ask a question. "Dr., I've read some books and I just wanted to ask you…" He sighed and then blushed. Sophia didn't know he'd been reading the books David had bought when Lorna told him she was pregnant. "Go ahead, ask away." "Is it safe to still have sex during pregnancy?" he asked and the coughed a bit nervous and avoided Sophia's gaze who was fixed firmly on his profile. The doctor, used to this question nodded. "It's perfectly safe. The baby has a very sealed environment in which he's living in and it would take much more than that to harm him. Right now my concern is Sophia's resting and getting a good healthy glow about her. It could be that you showing your love would be a good way to help with that. No experimenting with new positions right now, but don't deny yourselves that pleasure." The doctor shook both their hands and wished them a good day as Sophia readjusted her clothing and then was helped by Seb off the table. "I can't believe you asked that." she told him softly and Seb looked down into her eyes and kissed her lips. "I do love you Sophie. I may have some issues to work out, but I shouldn't make you feel bad or add to your worries, honey. Your main concern should be having a healthy baby boy and your company, Madam CEO." Seb kissed her again, and she moaned against him as he held her close. They were chest to chest, thigh to thigh and it felt delicious. "I love you too, Seb. It hurt when I thought you couldn't be with me, but I understand. I want you happy, so..." she wiggled her eyebrows and he swatted her bottom as he pushed her out the door. "Let's go back to the hotel and have a little bed rest." he suggested and Sophia laughed all the way back to the car. _________________ 100% Siren & Sébaholic |
