*Chapter 19*

*The Next Day*

Sonia and Janice had decided that the 3 girls needed to spend the day together and had left the hotel dragging Auds with them early that morning, leaving the guys to do whatever they liked. They did some shopping and had some lunch, then Sonia decided that as a thank you to Auds and a welcome to Janice she was going to treat them all to some pampering at a Hair and Beauty Salon. It was there that they started talking about Urs and the way he had been acting. Janice looked at Sonia and said "I've been with David for 3 years and i've met all the guys a few times and i've never seen him react that way to anything before, he's always been the laid back one." Sonia agreed. "I've never seen him getting mad at anything, never mind someone he's in love with." Auds looked up from where she was sitting and said "Well, he's going to have to do some serious grovelling to get me to forgive him anytime soon. I don't put up with anyone treating me that way." She didn't notice that look that passed between Sonia and Janice when she said that. They were just leaving the salon when Sonia's phone rang, she picked it up and talked for a few minutes then hung up and said "I'm all tired now, I think we should go back to the hotel and have a rest before the show. That was Seb, they've all just left for the sound check and will just see us at the arena before the show." Janice agreed with Sonia and they headed back towards the hotel. "It should be a good show tonight, I can't wait to watch it out front with you girls." she said. Auds shook her head and said "I can't stay out front tonight, I have to do the work i should have been doing when you two dragged me out this morning." "But you have to be there, it will be a perfect end to a wonderful day." said Sonia glancing at Janice. Auds shook her head again and said "I really can't, sorry girls, you'll just have to watch it without me." then she walked off ahead of them. Sonia looked at Janice and said "She has to be out front tonight, all this will have been for nothing if she isn't there." "Don't worry, we'll figure something out, she'll be there." said Janice then added "We'd better catch up with her before she suspects something." and they followed after her.

The guys were halfway through the show and Auds still wasn't out front. Urs looked at the guys then down at the girls who shrugged and shook their heads. Backstage Auds phone rang and she answered it to find Steve on the other end saying he had a problem out front and needed her help. She told him she would be there right away then hung up and sighed. She was never going to get this work done. She walked through the doors out to the front and found Steve waiting for her. He took her to where Sonia and Janice were sitting and said "Sit there and wait" She looked up to the stage and saw Urs looking at her, he smiled and then said something to David. They finished the song they were singing then Urs came forward and said "We hope you don't mind, but we've added an extra song to the show, just for tonight, and i would like to take this opportunity to apologise to someone very special to me who's out there in the crowd tonight. I've treated this person really badly lately and i want to dedicate this song to them." He smiled at Auds then who was looking really shocked. The music started then and the guys started to sing with Urs never taking his eyes of Auds.

The crowd start clapping when they finish singing, but Urs is still looking at Auds who is sitting there with tears running down her face. He blows her a kiss and she blows him one back then turns to look at Sonia and Janice who were grinning at her. She stayed out front for another couple of songs then slipped backstage while everyone was moving during Somewhere. When they had finished the encore Urs came back into the room Auds was in and she gave him a massive hug and kissed him. "When did you guys plan this?" Urs smiled and said "I came up with the idea yesterday and we rehearsed it with the band all day today." then he pulled her down onto the sofa and onto his knee and kissed her. She pulled back and said "So that’s why Sonia and Janice dragged me out all day?" Urs nodded. "They were keeping you out of the way and Seb phoned Sonia when you were allowed to come back." then he kissed her again and ran a hand up her leg and under the short skirt she was wearing, he stopped at her thigh and started stroking it. He could hear Auds moan, but then she managed to move his hand away and stand up. "Not here, we could get caught out by someone walking in." She saw the look on his face and laughed. "I don't want to stop either babe, just move us somewhere more private, like our hotel room." Urs grinned and said "So, am i forgiven then? I promise never to treat you like that ever again." Auds nodded and said "You're forgiven, now hurry up and get changed so we can go and make up properly."

They all had the next day off and everyone had made their own plans on how to spend it. David had made all the plans for him and Janice and wouldn’t tell her what they were. They left the hotel before breakfast and got into the car David had hired. He headed out of the city and out into a more quiet area. They drove for what seemed like hours, but was only probably one when David turned down this lane that was long and winding. He came to a stop outside of it and got out of the car. He went round and opened the door for Janice who got out. She looked around her and said “Where are we?” David smiled and said “I know you haven’t been travelling for as long as we have, but you do get very sick of hotel rooms, so I rented this place for today and tonight, its somewhere we can be totally alone and do whatever we like.” He walked towards the door then pulling out a key to open it with. He opened it then turned back to Janice who was still standing beside the car looking at the size of the house. “Come on babe, lets go see what its like inside.” she walked towards him then squealed as he picked her up and carried her through the doorway. She hit him on the arm as he put her down again and said “You’re only meant to do that if we’ve just got married.” David smiled and said “Well, maybe we will be one day” and kissed her then walked away. Janice stood there for a minute wondering if he had just said what she thought he had then she shook her head and went to look round the house. David heard her yell and went to see where she was. He found her in a room with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi in it. She heard him approaching and turned to say in amazement. “Where did you find this place and how much did it cost you?” David smiled and said “Okay, I lied, I didn’t rent it. This house belongs to a friend of mine who is away overseas just now and I asked him if I could borrow it for a night.” He kissed her and said “Do you want some breakfast, I was just about to make some?” Janice shook her head and said “No thanks babe, I think I want to have a swim, I don’t suppose you managed to bring any of our clothes with you as well did you?” David shook his head and said “Unfortunately not, I couldn’t figure out how to get them out of the room without you noticing, so all we have is what we’re wearing.” Janice smiled and said “In that case, I shall just have to go in wearing nothing” and stripped off all her clothes leaving them in a pile on the floor below her then jumped into the pool. David watched her jump in, all thoughts of breakfast gone, and pulling off all his clothes joined her. He caught up to her at the far end and kissed her then they swam a few lengths together before going into the Jacuzzi. They sat together in there for a while then David stood up and said “I’ll be back in a minute” and walked off. Janice watched him leaving his naked body dripping water everywhere. She smiled then lay her head down on the side and shut her eyes. David came back 10 minutes later wearing a towel round his waist, with some food, 2 glasses and a bottle of Champagne in an ice bucket. Janice said “I preferred watching you when you weren’t wearing the towel." then laughed at the look of pretend shock on his face. He poured Janice a glass and handed it to her saying “I know its early, but we have to make the most of our day.” He poured himself a glass then put the bottle back in the ice bucket and laid it on the side of the spa. He got back into the Jacuzzi and watched Janice as she took a sip of her drink then he said “You know I love you, don’t you Jan?” Janice looked at him and nodded. “But do you really know how much I love you babe?” Janice put her glass down and looked at David with a worried look on her face and said “What’s wrong David?” David shook his head and said “Its nothing really, its just that your time here with me is nearly over and then you have to go back home and to work and we’ll probably not see each other again for months. Having you with me for so long has made me realise how much I miss waking up with you beside me and that I’m really going to miss that.” Janice moved so that she was sitting nearer him and said “Hey, we still have a week left and you know that I love you. I just can’t stay with you babe, as much as you and me both want me to, there is no way I can stay any longer.” David nodded and said “I know, its just that I’ll miss you when you’re gone.” Janice stood up and sat herself down on David, her legs straddling his and put one hand round his neck and let the other trail its way down his chest and said “lets not talk about this now, lets just enjoy the peace and quiet we have here.” then she kissed him. David pulled her in closer to his body and let his hands start wandering all over her body whilst deepening the kiss. Just as Janice thought she couldn’t cope anymore with the emotions passing through her he swiftly turned them over so that he was on top of her and showed her just how much he was going to miss her when she left. They lay there for a while afterwards just in each others arms when David said “How about we get out of this water and go somewhere else. They got out and went up to one of the bedrooms where they stayed for pretty much most of the day.
